The views from the room were absolutely epic, overlooking the stunning golf course and Lake Lucerne. We managed to snag a delightful balcony to enjoy the scenery. Plus, the reception staff was super helpful with local tips, making our adventures around Lucerne a breeze.
Breakfast was a bit of a letdown, honestly. So limited that one morning we strolled down at 9am and found the buffet table in disarray. It's a tight window from 8 to 10, so don’t miss the chance if you're out early for a tee!

Recommend it for couples seeking a retreat
The golf course was in top shape and very playable no matter your skill level. The food at the restaurant was surprisingly good and the best service I've had at any golf course in this part of the world.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable.

The Superior Double Room with Balcony offered stunning views of the golf course and Lake Lucerne. The spacious layout and open bathtub design created a unique ambiance. I loved lounging on the balcony, soaking in the picturesque scenery. However, the breakfast options were definitely limited. Arriving at 9:30 meant only a few items were left, and the staff seemed inflexible about replenishing options. The restaurant downstairs was also disappointing with overpriced, overly salty food. Staff members, especially in the breakfast area, lacked warmth and responsiveness. There were moments of discomfort due to the lack of air conditioning. It made the stay a bit less enjoyable, especially on warmer days. Overall, I appreciated the location and stunning views, but services and offerings need better attention.

This hotel was an excellent fit for a weekend stopover in Lucerne with good value for price. I enjoyed soaking in the breathtaking views from the balcony while sipping coffee in the morning. Make sure to bring your own snacks since the nearby dining options close early.

Staying here with our kids was fantastic! The golf course was in great shape, providing a delightful backdrop for our family outings. We enjoyed the breathtaking views while having breakfast outside, soaking in the splendid scenery. The spacious room offered ample space for our little ones to play.
In my wife’s opinion, the shower's transparent glass made it awkward for families.
